Looking for a better way to communicate with new hires

Nationale-Nederlanden is a financial services provider that offers products and services in the field of life insurance, non-life insurance and fund management, as well as banking products and services. The organization was looking to communicate with its employees in a more personal, innovative, and interactive way that will set up new hires for success a lot faster. It’s quite customary for new employees to sit down for a cup of coffee with a teammate on the first day or at least in the first week. Through the app you know in advance who is the buddy in your team and which ‘people of interest' your colleague advises you to have coffee with.
